1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5305 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5305 platform and must cease access immediately.

Users may request a withdrawal to a registered and verified bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated working hours. 5305 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed the set limit.

Transaction Limits and Restrictions

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of terms will be voided and the associated account will be closed.

Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5305 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, software and code, is the exclusive property of 5305 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The 5305 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 5305 is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
