1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5305 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5305 platform and must cease access immediately.

5305 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a 5305 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to use the platform responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Launching any cyberattack, hacking attempt or activity that may compromise the security of the platform or other users.
- Sharing, selling or transferring ownership of your account to another party.
- Providing false information or fraudulent documents during the registration or identity verification process.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or that may cause harm to the platform or other users.

5305 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 5305 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including DuitNow, GrabPay and major internet banking services.
Deposit
Deposits made by users will be credited to their account upon transaction verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 5305 is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal
Users may request a withdrawal to a registered and verified bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated working hours. 5305 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed the set limit.
Transaction Limits and Restrictions
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of terms will be voided and the associated account will be closed.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability

Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the closure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5305 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, software and code, is the exclusive property of 5305 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
